These terms govern the corporate website, client area and digital engineering services. Specific agreements prevail where applicable.
2. Account and security
You must protect your credentials, enable two-factor authentication when offered, and never bypass controls or access restricted areas.
3. Acceptable use
Illegal acts, malware, unauthorized testing, mass scraping, spam, and requests for secrets or internal details through Jully are prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
Brands, logos, text, source code, layouts and materials belong to i9 Conecty or its licensors. Contracted deliverables follow the applicable agreement.
5. Availability and best efforts
Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents or external factors. Service levels are governed by each agreement.
6. Suspension and termination
Jully conversations may be recorded and risk-classified. Violations may suspend the account or chat access and lead to legal measures.
7. Limitation of liability
i9 Conecty is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses arising from misuse, customer-provided content or factors beyond its reasonable control.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the client area or by email.
10. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies, including the LGPD and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the customer's place of residence.
