Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

i9 Conecty is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Requests can be sent to contato@i9conecty.com.br.

2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Requests concerning data-subject rights may be sent to contato@i9conecty.com.br. We will respond within the applicable legal deadline, generally within 15 days.

3. Data we collect

We may process identification and contact details, authentication data, project briefs, messages, files and technical browsing logs. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to answer enquiries, prepare and perform contracts, meet legal obligations, protect the platform and enable optional features with consent.

5. Sharing

We share data only with essential infrastructure, transactional email, authentication and telecommunications providers. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

When processing outside Brazil is required, we demand safeguards compatible with Article 33 of the LGPD and specific contractual clauses.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain data only for the period required by the stated purposes and legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, two-factor authentication, protected administrative keys, audit logs and periodic reviews. Relevant incidents will be reported as required by law.

9. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, anonymization, restriction, deletion, sharing information and withdrawal of consent.

10. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies by default. Analytics and marketing cookies require consent.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version and its date will always be available on this page.

12. National Authority

You may file a petition concerning your personal data with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
